Extrusion barrel: The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steell coating. Dimension

Feeding hopper: The screw feeding hopper is drived by a 0.75kw motor and is made of stainless steel.

Extrusion system: The extrusion mechanism is driven by a 22kw motor. The jacket and the screw are made of especial hardened and tempered steel. The kind and quality of the steel treatment are special to provide more useful life to the parts

Twin-screw: Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province China. The HRC hardness is around 60---62. There are two coupling stick between extruder barrel and gear box, which is protect by the housing coupling stick. 

Cutting system: The cutting system is a movable system and is driven by a 0.75kw motor, varying from 0 to 1400rpm, made of stainless steel. 

Heating system: The heating of the extrusion set is heated by band heater coupled to the outlet of the extrusion barrel. When the process begins, the friction between raw material and the walls of the equipment produces enough heat for the extrusion without need of additional heating. Dimension for the band heater is168mm × 70mm. Power is 2.0kw /one band heater. There are five band heaters in all. Band heater is made by stainless steell.
