Product Description
Xinjie GMT formwork is made from Long Fibreglass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastics,which is developed by Xinjie Construction Group and Chinese Academy of Sciences Ningbo material institute. The fibre length is more than 10mm,thus enhanced its performance of impact resistance,and a great achievement of Chinese “863 plan”. Ningbo huaye material technology Co.,Ltd introduces the most advanced production line, which can produce 1 million square meters each year. We own complete intellectual property rights, and the production quality have reached advanced level in the international market.
GMT formwork is the best substitutes of plywood and has the perfect mechanical performance of light weight, impact resistance, corrosion resistance. GMT formwork can be reused 30-50 times and the average cost is half of the Plywood. The density of XinJie formwork is about 0.7g/cm3 , nearly same as the plywood. GMT formwork can be sawed,incised,nailed, and will not delaminate. It is widely used in slab,beam,wall,stair and column.
Compared with plywood, wood&plastic board, PVC board and PP plastic sheet, XinJie GMT formwork has the advantages of light weight, high intensity, rigidity and tenacity, resistance of alkali, acid, damp, corrosion, and retractility. The building formwork are suitable to be used on surroundings of -20 to 60 Centigrade.
Due to smooth surface, GMT formwork works with non release agent and don’t adhere concrete after stripping which ensured nice surface of construction. What’s more, GMT board is 100% recycled to protect environment.
