Oil skimmer (oil separator) OP-240 for a wide range of applications where liquid needs to be separate from oil. It was design for industrial environmental and constant work for many years. It can be install in every part of container as a complete system. Depends on liquid one oil skimmer  OP-240 can reduce amount of oil in the water to less than 5 ppm.

We are delivering Oil skimmer OP-240 in one parcel with:
•    Main unit
•    Support bracket and rollers
•    Belt

INSTALLATION

Installation must be done by the Contracting/Purchaser. The best place to install the oil skimmer OP 240 is the place, where is the largest accumulation of oil. It will increase the efficiency of oil removal from the liquid.

TYPES/MODELS of OIL SKIMMER (OIL SEPARATOR):

OP-240/AL – Aluminum drive shaft (only for neutral liquids)    
OP-240/Inox – drive shaft and construction Inox (AISI 304)      

Method of marking:
•    OP-240 – belt width 240 mm
•    OP-240/1000 – belt length from the axis to axis approx. 1000 mm
•    OP-240/3000 – belt length from the axis to axis approx. 3000 mm
•    OP-240/5000 – belt length from the axis to axis approx. 5000 mm
•    OP-240/9000 – belt length from the axis to axis approx. 9000 mm…..etc.
