A branch-off clip is a three-legged aluminium die cast piece.
The best quality of corrosion resistant aluminium is used for casting.
A protective epoxy coating layer is applied and the same hot melt adhesive,
identical to that used on the inner side of the wrap-arounds, is injection molded on to the center leg. These branch-off clips are used to branch a joint into one in and two or three out.
The hot melt in the center leg fills and seals the gaps at the branch-off joint.
Small, medium and large branch-off clips are meant for application in cables up to 100 pairs, up to 800 pairs and beyond 800 pairs respectively.
