  Working Principle of Belt Conveyor

  Firstly, use weighing frame testing the weight of material to determine the weight of material on the belt. The digital speed sensors mounted on the rear continuously measure the speed of the feeder, the speed sensor pulse output is proportional to the speed of the feeder; speed signal along with the weight signal feeding into the machine controller, processing by microprocessor of the controller, generate and display the total volume / flow rate. This flow compared with the set. the output signal from the control instrument control belt conveyor, in order to achieve closing of the ball.
