Introduction of Sandstone Production Line

Sandstone production line is used to produce sand and stone. Mainly applies in construction and mining industry. The equipments include: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand making machine, sand washer, belt conveyor and so on.

Process of Sandstone Production Line

Vibrating feeder---jaw crusher---impact crusher---vibrating screen---sand making machine---sand washer. All the equipments above mentioned are connected by belt conveyor.

Stone is evenly sent to jaw crusher for primary crushing by feeder, then the roughly crushed stone is sent to impact crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor. After secondary crushing, the stone is screened by vibrating sieve; the unfavorable stone is conveyed back to the impact crusher for another crushing.
