The Stone Hammer Crusher is the most suitable to crush each brittle materials, like coal, gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material does not surpass 100MPa. It has the following features: saving the energy, guaranteeing the discharged material size, the higher  production efficiency, the lower noise, the less dust and so on.  

Working Principle:

The main parts of efficient compound crusher is rollers with hammer, the rollers consists of main shaft, sphere plate, axis roll and hammer. Motor drived roller in high speed running inner the crushing champer, the materials be send from top into the crusher, by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding into power. At the roller bottom is a screen plate, it is used to collecting the materials whose size bellow the size of the screen plate, those size is bigger than the screen gap will be regrinded by the hammer, finally discharged from the discharging opening.

Hammer Stone Crusher Applicability:

This series production is suitable for that material whose pressure resistance below 200MPA,such as: limestone, plaster, coal, marlite, sand shale and so on.
