Instruction ：
1.  scope of application：Only use for 2 cells or 3 cells Li-battery pack,
   not charging two battery packs at one time.
2.  Charging methods：Automatically inspect charging status which is
   shown by led indicator：
   Power on -- the power led ( near the balance jack) is red lighting；
   charging -- the charge led is green lighting；
   full charged -- the charge led is not lighting).
3.  Charge method：
    Phase 1 -- constant-current charge;
    Phase 2 -- constant-voltage charge;
    Phase 3 -- balance charge: if any cell's voltage in the packs is
               greater than 4.20V,the control circuit will discharging
               this cell by a bypass resistor and other cells will not
               be discharging.Until all the cell's voltage reach 4.20V.
    Phase 4 -- full charged: if the tape current is less than 60mA the
               control circuit will cut-off charge current,and the
               charge LED will be turn off. 
4.  Please use the admissive 12V AC/DC adapter, otherwise the charger is not
   warranted.
5. Notice：Only the lead batteries in car whose DC voltage is 12V, can be
   used as a power supply to JL-S3B01 Li-Po balance charger. Do not used
   the lead batteries in truck whose DC voltage is 24V as the power
   supply, otherwise it may cause serious damage to the charger.
