1. As per the different diameters of the work piece, move the roller group, adjust the roller center to center distance to fit the work piece's diameter. Rollers adopt steel wheel, with high loading capacity and strong driving capacity, can assume the normal using.

Precision machining for the base slide surface, we had designed the installation fix holes on the roller bracket, utilizing the different positions' holes to fix the roller bracket, this can change the roller center to center distance to fit the different work piece's requirement, ensuring the bundle angle between the 2 rollers and the cylinder is over 45deg; , and below 75deg
3. Positioning blocks on the base is designed on the roller bracket which makes the roller bracket movement more reliable.
4. The baseboard of the roller bed's base is steel plate, which was entirely machined, increasing the touch interface with the ground, can move freely.
5. The drive motor of power frame roller bed adopts AC frequency conversion trig motor. @We had designed the lubrication system on every movement parts of the roller bed, and also with the oil feeding unit and prefect dust-proof unit.
