Overview:
Float type automatic air vent is designed to vent air that is released from the water while being heated. It is installed in the system of the highest part, to release the air in heating system and water supply system. It is widely applicable to water segregator、heating unit、floor heating、air conditioning and water supply system.

Operating principle
The automatic air vent can be used for manual or automatic venting of sealed hydronic systems. With the air is collected in the top of the valve, the pressure is rising, when exceed the system pressure, the air would make the water surface fall, the floater fall too. For normal automatic venting, open cap for a slow release of air. A fast release of the air will allow dirt or scale in the water to plug the operating mechanism. The small hole in the side of the cap allows air to escape.
To shutoff automatic air vent, screw cap down tight. Usually, the cap should be open. Also can be matched with shut-off valve to enable the easy examine and repair.
