Storage Pallet C-Y consist of a twin-sheet thermoformed plastic pallet and top, and a heavy-duty triple-wall corrugated sleeve. The storage pallet have ten-year life expectancies, and sleeves can be reused between 50 and 100 times. The storage pallet is cost-effective and strudy. Its sleeves extend to the floor providing unmatched top-to-bottom compression strength, allowing it to be stacked four or more high.

Storage Pallet C-Y is the most durable, versatile and cost effective reusable material handling process available.

(1) The structure of Storage Pallet include top with lock, bottom and folded boarding, this is whole assembled plastic pallet, the top and bottom use HDPE to produce, use twin sheet thermoformed forming in one time, the folded board can choose PP plastic hollow board or seven layers corrugated paper board.

(2)The top and bottom of storage pallet can be recycled more than ten years. Plastic board and corrugated paper board also can recycle use several times, and the change it, this design can greatly reduce customer's logistic and storage cost.

(3) The board all can be designed for folding, top and bottom can stacked or embedded in, compare to old package, it save 50% storage space.
