Generator set

1.The box is totally closed system, and  It`s rainproof ,dustproof,heat insulation and fireproof. It`s been prolessed for noise abatement.heatpnof and heat insulation After processing, the noise≤75dB(A) on a distance of 1 meter.

2.All arrangement of wires are reeved thongh the  inflaming retarding . All the cables are inflaming retarding

3.There is a under carrige oil tank in the bottom of the box..There are oil filler pipes for normal and oil pump . It`s capality can remain ten hours  at full load,There are fuel level gauge . and high-low fuel level at alarm light

4.Design operation conditions

The box must be assembled on smooth substance ground.  It must be higher than other grounds.  Against water flording other people approaching. Environment must be clearing. If conditions can`t reach, It must be point out befor singing a contract.

5.The design conditions are satisfied for the requirement  of discharge and dissipating heat system.

6.Pressure of discharge system  is lower than requirement of normal using. When adding the second discharge and oferation.

7.Other requirement:

   a. The door is designed easily for daily maintenance and operation.

   b. The drain system must be set easily for daily maintenance .

   c. Ground connection: leave 2 lead wire for ground connection.

   d. Enougn spale for operation

   e. Lifetime beyond ten years

 8. Technology craft: Surface must be smooth. Spray average and no broken.Display equipment. Lightswitches must be set stracture advisability and beautiful.
