Features:

1.Helium leak tested before shipment using a helium mass spectrometer with a sensitivity of 2 x 10^-10 std. cc/sec.

2.Poppet seals are fluorocarbon o-rings

3.Bonnet seals can be fluorocarbon or copper gaskets (select copper for higher temperature bakeout and better ultimate vacuum)

4.Normal repairs can be made without removing the valve body from the system

Specifications:

- Port ODs: 3/4~3 inch

- Bellows: Welded AM-350(option)

- Seal: Viton O’ring

- Pressure range: 2×10^-9torr to 760 torr Viton seal bonnet

- Maximun pressure before opening: 1.2 Bar
