Products Explanation and Usage
Scale and rust remover XYLP7000 is a neutral rust remover. It can remove the scale, rust, oil paint, and organic impurity on the metal’s surface. In the new system, you can establish a cleaning and protective system to start the guarantee of effect and the maintaining of equipment by using XYLP7000. This product is specially designed to effectively dissolve rust sediments, and passivate parent metal.
Dosage and Usage
Pretreatment cleaning
Dose 2% - 6% solution, keep 24 to 72 hours cycle. Start the system treatment after cleaned by fresh water.
Rust Removing
Dose 5% to 10% solution, circulate at least 48 hours. Keep the PH value of XYLP7000 in the recommended range. The actual processing level of XYLP7000 depends on several factors, such as ferrous and non-ferrous components, sediment etc .The products should be used according to the recommended method by our company.
Pakage:
XYLP7000 is a liquid mixture, 25kg or 200kg each drum .
