Although Color Changing feature makes for a great LED Light, 209AS is not powerful enough compared with 209A. So 209A has no Color Changing feature, and is equipped with 209pcs super bright LEDs to provide brighter light source. 

The size and output of 209 LED are between 312 LED and 144 LED. If you want a more powerful led light than 144 led and cheaper, lighter than 312 Led, 209 Led is a good choice.

209A LED Light features:

Two Magnetic Filter Plates
The 209A Led Panel Light has magnetic filter plates that simply attach to the front of the LED light just like HDV-Z96. It's a nice feature that many customers like.

The 209 Led produces a flicker free light and has a rear facing dimmer knob that can be adjusted from 10% - 100%.
