Nylon cylindrical pellet is used as a blast or shoot media to remove flash and overflow from leadframe of molded electronic parts.  It is also used to remove burr and flash from molded plastic.  We give a symbol of NC as abbreviation of “nylon cylindrical”.  A picture on the above is our NC-03 that shows accurate and beautiful particle shape on size of diameter 0.3 mm and long 0.3 mm.  There are very few manufactures in the world can produce smaller pellets as the picture shown.  Thanks for accurate shape, small elements for modern electronic devices are achievable.
