Qualtech T-bend
tester is designed to determine the flexibility of T bend performance.
It complies with Standard “T” Bending Test Method of NCCA （National Coil Coaters Association.
It isspecially designed to determine the flexibility of bending performance of color coating of steel plate. Bend the sample by 180° around itself (coating is at the outside the curved surface), stick adhesive tape with certain adhesion to the curved surface,
then tear it down rapidly, observe whether the paint will drop off to determine bending performance of sample. Take the minimum T bending value when there is no falling coating at the bending place as the final result.

Simple Operation:
A: Bend the test sample in a 180 degree;
B:Adhere a tape to the bentsurface and tear off the tape swiftly;
C: Observe the paint or lacquer on the bent surface if it fails off or not so as to evaluate the bending performance of paint or lacquer.
