We, CRONOS PROMOTIONS & SERVICES in ccoperation whith Mandate for Sellers, attest with
legal and corporate authority that we are ready, willing and able to supply the commodity described
herein, according to the terms stipulated in this offer.

1. INSPECTION: SGS, CIQ, or CCIC.
2. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: ONE YEAR WITH R&E.
3. PAYMENT TERMS: 100% UNCONDITIONAL, CONFIRMED, IRREVOCABLE, DIVISIBLE,
TRANSFERABLE and REVOLVING LETTER OF CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT OF 1 MONTH

DELIVERY, DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS CONTRACT SIGNATURE, CONFIRMED BY A PRIME

BANK. BANK TO BANK PROCEDURES.

4. DELIVERY: WITHIN 30 days.
5. TARGET DELIVERY DATE: WITHIN 30 DAYS OF OPERATIVE FINANCIAL
INSTRUMENT.

6. PROCEDURES:
1. Seller representative issues SCO (this offer).
2. Buyer issues ICPO or LOI on buyer’s letter headed paper with Soft Probe
Permission & Bank Confirming Letter. BCL and a completed NCNDA / IMFPA by
buyer side.
3. Seller issues FCO and buyer signs and returns the signed FCO with a Letter of
Acceptance.
4. Seller Mandate provides draft contract by E-Mail to the Buyer.
5. Buyer verifies draft contract and adds his amendments, if necessary.
6. Buyers signs and seals the contract and return by protected E-Mail to the Seller.
7. Seller countersigns and seals the contract and dispatches to the Buyer in form of
Fax or E-Mail. Buyer issues 6 hard Copies of the Contract and sends them via
FEDEX to Seller.
8. Buyer’s Bank Issue MT 799 indicates POF to Seller’s Bank.
9. Seller’s bank sends Proof of Product (POP) to buyer’s bank.
10. Within 5 banking days, Buyer’s bank sends instrument of payment 100%

Unconditional, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Divisible and Revolving LC
Payable 100% of each shipment value and amount on sight upon presentation of
the shipping documentations at loading port according to condition in the Final
Contract in favor of the Seller’s Bank.


11. After receipt and acceptance L/C Seller Bank, Seller issue P.B 2%
12. Shipping commence per contract schedule.
NOTE: The goods have all the certificates and licenses to be imported in EU.

This Soft Corporate Offer is valid till 25/03/2012.

After the expiry date the Soft Offer becomes null and void and of no legal or other value
whatsoever.
