TCR is the dependable, convenient  and accurate temperature measuring tool. It is widely used for data acquisition, monitor and control on the sintered temperature during the production of tile, tableware, sanitaryware, refractories and other structural ceramics. TCR can precisely measure the temperature of the fired items or any position in the kiln in any atmosphere, and overcome the defect of the thermal couple, which can not measure the temperature of the fired product body and the conductive heat.

Operating Principle and Usage

Within the working temperature range, the TCR appear linear  shrinkage after absorbed the heat. The change in the TCR diameter precisely represents the exact temperature where the TCR is placed on. Use the vernier caliper measure the diameter of the TCR after calefaction, then the user can  get the corresponding value of the temperature from the Temperature Comparison Table provided by us. Each batch of TCR has its exclusive Temperature Comparison Table, please refer to the Table according to the Batch No. of TCR.
