Glass frosting is often applied to decorate wine glass bottles, especially for some high quality wine bottles. Torlin’s ST-107 frosting powder is specially designed for frosting wine bottles and can be applied by manual or automatic frosting operation.
ST-107 powder can be used to being mixed with hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and hydrofluoric acid (HF). The mixing ratio of ST-107 powder to HCl is 1:0.50; the ratio of ST-107 powder to HF acid (40%) is 1:0.40; the operation method is the same as other powder with HCl acid. However, there are different mixing ratio between ST-107 powder and sulfuric acid at different temperature.
