Oil Cooler ACE Series Feature

1. Oil cooler ACE is used world-advanced of synchronization stratified flow cooling technology. Take advantage of special wavy fin for heat transfer, greatly increase the contacting area between oil and air, make the high temperature of oil to release heat sufficiently, and reduce backpressure. 

2. The traditional coolers use round tube so that the oil flows as U shape which increase the backpressure, and reduce air contacting area to result in low heat exchange efficiency . However, oil cooler ACE with the minimum size exerts maximum heat exchange efficiency.  

3. Coolers made of aluminum sheet for the max. working pressure of 2.0MPa, small volume, light weight to make it easy to install and maintenance.

Oil Cooler ACE Series Application

The working pressure of oil cooler ACE series is 1MPa, flow rate is 10L/min-200L/min, and it applies to cool releasing oil of variable pump.
