2.  Structure of SCBA:

1.  Full mask : Genarally, the material of mask is polycarbonate and silicone, having the widely view.

                       The mask is made for five-straps. 

2.  The demand valve : There is a rubber button in front of the demand valve ,we can press the      valve to get the air of cylinder. And avoiding the polluted air into the mask.

3.  Compensated pressure reducer : The pressure of cylinder is about 30Mpa, the user is hard to  breath in this pressure. So the function of the reducer is reducing the cylinder's pressure to the suitable pressure for workers.

4.  Phosphorescent Gauge : The pressure gauge is for checking the pressure in the cylinder . The range is 0-40Mpa.

5.  Cylinder : The cylinder one is made of composite fiber(2L/3L/6.8L/9L), one is made of steel(5L/6L). Both can bear the weight of 300KG.  

3. Pressure gauge

 form it to see the air pressure and balance. The dial plate made of noctilucent material, can be cleary read in dark.

4. Alarm system

 It will be activated when the pressure in the cylinden is less than 5.5±0.5Mpa.
