Machine Brief Introduction:

Working ways: Hydraulic vibration, so bricks form quickly, high strength and good density.

Multi-function: Can make hollow/solid/paving bricks, curbstone by using fly ash, cement, sand and industrial wastes.

Advanced Technology: Mostly main part components and element all adopt the international famous brand, such as Japanese YUKEN brand turning valve. Mitsubishi PLC and transducer, omron sensor. So guarantee the dependability and stability of the whole production line to operate continuously with two shift one day.

Host machine, PLC control unit, Belt conveyor, Automatic stacker, JS750 Mixer machine, Automatic feeding pallet machine,PL1200 Batching machine, cement silo(50T), Screw Conveyor, Cement Scale, Water scale, Pallet

Manual Labor:6-8 workers, 1 operate loader,1 for mixer,1 for host machine,1 for raw material,1 for feeding pallet,1 for carry pallets using cart 

Land Scale:≥4,000㎡  (operating room 400㎡,stacking room 3,200㎡,)
