Can I mix colors?

 We accept mix colors, as long as your order quantity are more than 1 pieces.

When my order will be shipped out?

Jisoncase will ship out your order within 12 hours once your payment has been verified by AliExpress. P.S.: In order to protect both buyers and sellers, AliExpress need 8-24 hours to verify the payment.

When can I receive my shipment?

 We will save 24-72 hours for your shipment. Our forwarder's flight directly take off from Guangzhou the city where we are, not like other forwarders collecting all shipment together and ship via Hong Kong.

So, for Asian clients you will receive your order within 2 working days, for most Singapore, Thailand, Japan and South Korea clients, you can even receive the shipment next day after we ship out your order.

For USA, UK, Poland, Canada, Ukraine clients you will receive your order in around 3 days after we ship your order.  

For other countries use DHL you will receive your order in around 4 days after we ship out your order.

About the Invoice and Tax?

In order to let you pay less or none custom tax, we will write 0.2$ each for phone case and 1$ each for iPad case and Kindle case. If your country not allows this or you have other comments please inform us in advance.
