Sizes available as 14"x7", 12"x7", 10"x6", 8"x6" etc. and other sizes specified by customers. These boring mill jaws are used for parallel Tee-slots or radial Tee-slots on tables on vertical lathes or other machine tools.  Our mill jaws are available in both one-piece construction and two-piece construction with jaw bodies made from a single-piece casting steel and jaws made of forgings. Jaw face hardness is HRC50.

The boring mill jaws' bodies are made of AISI 1045 steel in castings and jaws are made of AISI 1045 steel in forgings with hardened and ground serrated clamping-faces and ground bearing sufaces. Other materials can be adopted to make the jaws as per customer's specified requirements.

One set of boring mill jaws includes four pieces of jaws, they can supplied together with all the necessary T bolts and nuts, operating handles and keys according to customers requirements.

Besides standard boring mill jaws, we can also provide you the customized top jaws as per your drawings to help clamp the workpieces with a special shape.
