JMDM-TP07 is independently researched and developed by Shenzhen Digital Machine Co.,Ltd. whom based on years of industrial control experience in the field.The JMDM-TP07 is a person-and-machine interactive controller which integrated with multi-functional touch screen,it’s the replacement of high cost-effective PLC+Touch screen products.  

 

The hardware parts adopt high performance and industry-grade 32 bits imported single chip and with professional anti-interference circuit design.To achieve person-and-machine interactive function with the 16 bits 7 inches genuine color touch screen.The 6 channels switching input acquisition system can detect the infrared sensor、approach switch、hoare switch and other external sensors.；16 channel common transistor output can achieve to control the solenoid valve、cylinder and other peripherals.It can connect with 2 channel K type thermocouple detector to monitor the change of temperature and adjust the temperature automatically.

 

With 2 channels communication interface,it has well expansibility,can conveniently expand with most of our company’s I/O、analog、motion controller,to build more channel and large-scale controller systems.The software write with C language programme,more flexible and powerful.

 

Product characteristics:

●  6 channels optoelectronic isolation digital input  (each channel need  current of 5Ma)，16 channel transistor output (each channel the max 4A), and 2 channel K type thermocouple .

● Working power supply 24V or 12V,power-up 2A DC current power supply,both DC and AC can be common used.

● Input is low electrical level NPN type input detection (customized PNP input detection is available)

●High-precision 7 inches resistance-type touch screen,more convenient and clearness for person-and-machine operation.

● Mainchip: STM32 serial host chipset,cortex-M3 core,32 bits processor,64K RAM,512K flash,2K ferroelectric memory unit can well storage the datas from outage,meanwhile expand external a 1Mbit 16 bits capacity,that is 64k ferroelectric memory MB85RF1002A (can weld when need),adopt FSMC high-speed bus control.

● Real-time clock: owns RTC clock management,can realize fixed cycle operation function

● System stability:adopt optoelectronic isolation、start using interior watchdog and strict high frequency filtering character,make the system work steady and reliable,restart automatically when system halted.

● Two communication interface:one channel independent RS232 standard serial communication interface(15KV static-strike protective) ,download programme directly through RS232 , no need CD-R machine,modify and upgrade programme conveniently,as to external function expand.

One channel independent RS485 interface,can realize long distance networking control.
