Product Description

In case of high-power inverter power supply single-ended pulse transformer, the iron core works in the first quadrant, thus to get a big working magnetic induction B, the transformer iron core is required with a low high-frequency loss, high saturation magnetic induction Bs, and low residual magnetic induction Br. Therefore, the process of horizontal magnetic heat treatment is used for nano-crystalline alloy and the iron core with low remanent magnetic and constant magnetic permeability properties can be obtained.

Features:
It has a high saturation magnetic flux density, low iron loss and coercive force and it has better soft magnetic properties compared with the usual ferrite.

Application areas:
It can be used for the main transformer of the high-power switching power supply (inverter power supply, X-ray power supply, laser power supply, power supply for communications equipment, UPS, and electroplating power supply), single-ended pulse transformer, ISDN signal transformers, and common mode vibration flow circle.
