Remarks: wind&solar hybrid lighting system has made a complete usage of the green energy, it realized zero electric consumption, zero release and zero pollution. The wind turbine we used in the street light is the national patent products, it can start working with the wind speed of 2m/s, 2 level breeze can start the turbine working. In fine days and suumer,  the illuminate is strong, and in rainy days and winter, the wind force is strong; as a result, the combination of solar and wind power streetlight can keep lighting for the whole year.
