◆Description
Outer frame adopts paperboard made from moisture-proof and water-resistance virgin stock wood fiber, light in weight, convenient in installing, attractive in appearance;
Inner filtration materials adopt compacted structure and adhesive bonding technology to ensure sealing performance of filters and avoid leakage; Inner metallic parts are treated with plastic spray or galvanizing to avoid rusting;
Non-woven fabric filter material is treated with finishing process to prevent non-woven fiber to break from pollution again;
Metal outer frame is washable, detachable and workable for many times which can reduce operating cost of air-conditioner;
It is low in resistance and large in dust-holding capacity.
◆Application
It is widely used for special constant temperature and humility air-conditioner in SPC exchanges and computer laboratory and central air-conditioner ventilation system. It is also usable for pre-filtering of air compressor, filtering of recirculation in clean-room and pre-filtering of high-efficiency filter devices etc.

Corrugated folding extensively into high strength film, the filtering materials enlarge the actual effective filter area and prevent inlet particles effectively among pleats. Clean air flows out evenly from the other side. So airflow going through filter is stable and even. Different materials prevent different particles from 0.5μm to 5μm with different filtering efficiency.
◆Structure
Outer frame of disposable paper frame filters is generally divided into ordinary thick paper frame and high strength film thick paper frame. The filtering core is made from pleated fabric filter material interlining with metal wire mesh, specious in appearance, durable and reliable in structure. One type of disposable paper frame is fit to manufacture any kinds of non-standard filters, high strength and hard to change; the other is used to produce standard filters with precise specification, beautiful appearance and low cost. If adopting imported round-section fiber or synthetic fiber, its all performance index will be up to or excel imported similar filters.
