MACHINE OVERVIEW

The machine is applied to process small holes on various kinds of electricity conductive materials like stainless steel, quenching steel, hard alloy, bronze, aluminum and so on, the holes such as electric spark thread cutting workpieces’ hole, chemist fibre hole ,filer board, sieve board holes current hole and so on .The capable diameter of holes drilling is 0.2-3.0mm, the max depth diameter ratio is 300:1 and more pass through directly from inclined plane or camber.

The machine can also be used for corrosion shooting.

Precision servo motors on X,Y,Z axes provide excellent stability during drilling.

Provide linear slideway and ballscrew ensure very accurate movements.

NC program G-code and DXF files could be directly read; Automatically finds the start cutting point and begins a fine hole drilling process.

Drilling capacity from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm diameter brass or copper electrode tubes.

Z axis auto reset and depth calculation.

The flushing medium used by this machine is distilled water - environment friendly.

Data could be input by USB, or transfer through RS232 transmission and network.

Direct and easy learning dialogue operation interface.
