Product Description
In the process of producing, we need heat some liquid medium. At present, the vast majority heating methods are oil, coal, gas and electric. But there are many problems in the process of using: 1. as the thermal efficiency is lower, give a rise to a big energy waste;2. The temperature control deviation is very big, especially for some special liquid which containing acid-base, the precision of temperature is high, so the traditional heating method can’t up to the requirement. Our company takes a long term time to research the problems, combined with the domestic and foreign advanced scientific technology and experience, through a mass of dielectric heating practices we develop a unit which is acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, beautiful and environmental. This device is use the electrical resistivity of medium, with alternating current, to make itself heating. Its thermal efficiency can be up to 100% (radiation loss is not included.) Because of the structure of scientific, preciseness, avoiding the risk of electric shock and heating media won't cause pollution, at the same time, in the need to filter the fluid medium, we can use the 361L stainless steel filter to filter. In the hot plating, electroplating, chemical industry and environmental protection industries, it is wide application, and getting the industry received!

Operating steps
1. Filling water: open the filter cover and fill the water, then open the valve: F3, F4, F5, close the valve F1, F2.
2. Starting up: open the anti-corrosion pump.
3. Filter: open the valve: F1, F2(close the valve F3 at the same time, to increase the speed of filtration.)
4. Power off: please closing the electrode power firstly, then stopping the anti-corrosion pump power after 5 minutes.
Notice:
1. You should start the anti-corrosion pump before using it. Open the air- release valve F4 which is in the top of the unit, keep the unit is fill with liquid.
2. Open the heating power of electrode.
3. Using the adjust unit to adjust the outlet temperature.
4. When stopping the unit, please closing the electrode power firstly, then stopping the anti-corrosion pump power after 5 minutes.
