Performance Characteristics:

   W6Mo5Cr4V2 is representative of the Mo-series high speed steel, which is better than W18Cr4V in toughness, wear resistance, but they are similar in  hardness, red hardness and hot hardness. It can be used for producing a variety of larger cutting tools that can withstand the impact and large scale tool and thermoforming tool, and also can be used for wear parts, and cold mould under the high loads 

Applications:

  It is used for producing high-precision cold mould that has complicated shape ,and It is can also used for producing cutting tools of slight deformation , long and complicated shape ,such as  broach, long tap ,long reamer and  special cutters ，etc.
