S-06 Grade 99.9999. The content of Sulfur is above 99.9999%. The total content of Al, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn,Ni, Pb & Sn is bellow 1 ppm;

4, Usage:

It is mainly used in the manufacture of II-VI compound semiconductors, photoelectric devices and glass semiconductor elements and as calibration speciment in analysis.
