Introduction:

The TWS561 is a new generation of high resolution pressure sensor from Tide Win Technology, Inc. It uses SPI Bus interface. The sensor module includes a high linearity pressure sensor and a low power 15 bits ΔΣ ADC with internal factory calibrated coefficients. It provides a precise digital 15 bits pressure and different operation modes that allow the user to optimize for conversion speed and current consumption. Small dimension of only 10.0 mm X 10.0mm and height of only 9.5mm allow for integration devices.

l   Span and offset calibrated, simplify host MCU program loading

l   Power for Circuit (VDD):　2.8 ~3.6V

l   Operating temperature range:　5~45℃
