Ball mill Main structure

Ball mill Working principle:
After washed and dried(humidity less than 1%), the raw mineral was crushed to less than 2mm by jawcrusher and hammer stone crusher, enter the hopper by bucket elevator, then to superfine ball mill through belt conveying system. The ball roller mill crush, shatter and grind the stone by the rotation energy, and then the powder enter the classifier for the first classification, most of the big particle was separated, and the fine powder enters turbine classification level area for second classification. After twice classifications, qualified fine powder was collected by powder collectors, while the coarse powder return to ball mill for secondary crushing and grinding.
