Rotary gold smelting furnace is applied to smelt precious meals in areas suffered power shortage. It is also used to incinerate sieve cloth of wet smelting, preliminarily oxidize gold slime, and roast carbon powders.

Rotary gold smelting furnace — Product principle

When furnace temperature is more than 1200℃, minerals are put in and the temperature is kept rising until materials smelt. During the solidifying course, gold settles downward while slag floats upward. The upper layer of minerals in furnace is discharged. The smelting/solidifying course is repeated again and the upper layer is discharged.
