KILO STEEL provide the high-performance steel plate and good services around the world. Our products are widly used in many variety of boiler or pressure vessel steel equipments, including oil tank, hydranlic fluid stream, water, petrochemcia and nuclear fields, reactor, heat exchange, amine absorbers. According to the different pressure requirement, we supply the different standard and corresponding materials which could satisfy the special reqirement from the client's project, such as ASTM, ASME, EN and PED standard.

2. For the indicated project, our technical department can design your required materials with different dimension, mechanical properity or high-tech requirement for one character.

3. The fundamental property of steels for pressure vessels is their ability to withstand high pressure at different temperatures. They have good weldability, as well as excellent toughness, and are suitable for normalisation annealing and stress-relief annealing (both treatments neutralise local hardening caused by welding).

 

---DELIVERY CONDITDIONS:

1. Heat treatment: Annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering

2. Detection: Ultrasonic inspection under GB/T 2970 and ASTM A435/A435M-70, ASTM A579/A579M-72 (I degree, II degree, III degree ).

3. Z direction properity: Z15, Z25, Z35 under the thickness 300mm
