4. Feature
One way bearing is the bearing that can rotate freely on one direction and locked still on the other direction. In the metal shell of one way bearing, there are many rolling axes, needle rollers or balls. And the shape of its rolling seat (hole) make it rotate only on one direction, while it will cause much resistance on the other direction.

PM one way bearings use technique of molding and sintering to make metal powder (or mixture of metal powder and non metal powder) into products. Based on studies of powder's characters and processing change characters, people use corresponding technique process to change powder's shape, characters and its organization structure, thus to get products for different use.

Physical one way bearings use the material of GCr15. The hardness is around HRC61-65 after heat treatment. It is with small dimension and high load capacity, and has enough space to reserve grease, thus has long lubrication intervals PM one way bearing and physical one way bearing can make the shaft totally locked under driven power, thus to avoid problems such as the traditional drawn up outer ring bearings perform inadequate in locking.
