15.Control System
|
Pneumatic type control system. Alfon Haar 3 compartment pneumatic control block(1nos, P/N: PST3A & 4nos, P/N: PST2A) complete with pressure gauge﹠air service unit. Place in control box on left hand side c/w interlock system.
System includes:
Control box must have a master switch that provides air to all compartment bottom valves controls, Acts as an Emergency Cut-off Switch in addition to switches at front and rear.
1) Emergency valve control.
2) Vapour vent and dump vent control.
3) Emergency cut off with three cut off switches, one at front left hand side, one at rear right hand side of trailer and one at right hand side of trailer at compartment 2.
All air piping and brake interlock system air to flow through filter Synflex or equal tubing with long nut compression fittings.

16.Overfill Prevention
|
3nos, CIVACON (P/N: 1112) or equivalent 5 wire optic probe installed to manhole cover and 1no, CIVACON (P/N: 4102), or equivalent, 6 pin, 3J slot to be installed at LHS above vapour recovery adpator. Probe need to be set at 25mm above top full ullage marker in each compartment.
Truck plug socket must be placed in position where it is covered by security guard ba when lowered.

17. Interlock Bar
|
Security guard bar across discharge faucets to interlock with trailer brakes. System has locking device to prevent bar rising while trailer is in motion.System has locking device to lock bar in open position. The interlock bar should be same wide as mudguard.
With following safety brake locking syetem.
1) When the bar is not closed properly, the brake is locked
2) When the vapour recovery adaptor is actuated, the brake is locked
3) When control box is opened, the brakes are locked.
4) When ladder gate is opened (handrail still not come down), the brakes are locked.
5) Emergency cut off switch will close the footvalve ﹠air vent to stop the operation (loading or unloading)
