Electroslag Remelting Furnace is a specific smelting equipment, It uses the heat energy produced by remelting current to melt the self-consumable electrode which insert into the slag poor, liquid metal droplets crystallized into slag ingot in water-cooled mold after slagging wash. Because of the effect of inclusion removal by slag fluid and good crystallization condition, the Electroslag remelting furnace have following advantages,such as the meatls has the good purity,ingot-casting is meticulous and uniform, withou white spots and ring-shape segregation,very low sulfur content, inclusion tiny dissemination,etc.
