HTV-TWO addition molding silicone rubber and silicon are generally named as two-part addition silicone rubber, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1, mainly be suitable for making FDA molds .

 

968# is a kind of high temperature addition cured silicone rubber with platinum catalyst. It is mainly designed for metallic arts & crafts and food grade mold making. It features with resistance to high temperature up to 250 C to 300C, which makes ups for those products impossible produced by press machine and fills the blank for large lead-zinc alloy crafts and fine pattern products. It is the most advanced HTV-2 high temperature silicone in China and the best option for lead-zinc alloy crafts.

 

Applications:

   It’s applicable to make moldS, high temperature resistant products,etc.

Storage and precautions:

   This product is forbidden to mix with organic compounds of condensation cure silicone rubber,otherwise, the silicone rubber will not cure, and also should not mix with organic compounds containing S, P, N as well as metallic salt of organic acids. It also will cause this product cure uncompletely or not cure. The shelf life is about 8~10 months.
