Product Description
Solar energy biogas equipment, one of the patents of Huayuan New Energy Co.,ltd, has various features with light weight, high intensity, ageing resistance, acid and alkali-resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-leakage, and has outlet and inlet. It uses advanced composite materials, and has 1-2cm wall thickness of jar/pot/can, tensilestrength with 93.5pg, bending strength with 100mpg, and strong mechanical strength and stretching rate.
The jar body has many types to meet individualized demand, such as 4 cubic meters, 6 cubic meters, 8 cubic meters, 10 cubic meters, 12 cubic meters, 16 cubic meters, 20 cubic meters.
The product use crops straw and various soil etc. with special additives. One-time loading can use 5-6 months,

1.intelligently constant temperature guarantee the temperature’s absorbing, storing, transferring, transportation and controlling and effectively settle the effects/impact on biogas production which the change of latitude, season, landform and location.
2.Efficient gas production
The equipment can efficiently produce marsh gas, and the equipment for solar energy absorbing, storing, transferring, and transportation is advanced. According to the actual need,we choose and put into use of the domestic advanced various effective low temperature and high-mid temperature composite system for absorbing, storing, transferring and transportation.
By using dry ferment tech, it can be installed on/ under the ground without the restriction of geographical conditions, and can be easily moved.
⑷ball design make the product have a good effect on heat insulation and warm keeping, cover/take up small area and convenient for charging and slag tapping. Our product which is high in strength and light in weight ,is composed of two hemispheres .It can be folded and easy to move and install.
Good gas proofness (gas tightness): The practice prove(demonstrate or testify ,certify) that the use of composite material on the biogas jar production make the product have a good gas proofness, not leak water and gas, not need maintenance.
⑺Good Mechanical property :Our product have an excellent mechanical performance (property) : the frozen ground possibly damage concrete biogas pool under ground ,nevertheless composite material which have certain elasticity( flexibility) and stretchability resistance make our product not be cracked by frozen earth(soil).
(8) The coefficient of heat conduction of composite material is 1.42kj(m/h). The coefficient of concrete heat conduction is 5.44kj(m/h) . So the heat loss of composite material is less than concrete, which ensure the high rate of gas production.
(9)Low cost and long-service life . The minimum life of our product is above 30 years;
(10)Equipped with safety valve, barometer, automatic pressure reducing valve and automatic exhausted valve, So our product can automatically stabilize pressure and make it reliable on safety.
(11)Automatic desulphurization, marsh gas is a mixed gas which is mainly mixed by CH4, hydrogen, nitrogen SO2, sulfur dioxide, ammonia and little steam etc. The SO2 and steam can be automatically eliminated (remove) by using automatic devulcanizer / desulfurizer and air-water separator in reaction process , which make the improvement on purity of CH4 maximize and make heat value increase (the caloric value is about 8000 Cal/of m3 ,and that of pure CH4 is 8600-9500 Cal of / m3);
(12)The technology of prevention against crust, in order to prevent against the crust of the material, hand string must be used in the traditional underground marsh gas pools, but, designed rational, the FRP marsh gas jar can now solve the problem thoroughly.
