Operation principle:

Put the materials into the material zone, under the action of centrifugal force in high speed rotating rotor,items are suctioned into the working chamber from axial. Strong centrifugal force throws materials from radial into the narrow precision gap between the rotor and the stator,preliminary dispersing and emulsifying materials by the forces such as centrifugal extrusion, impact at the same time. Producing at least 20m/s of line speed outsider of high-speed spinning rotor-side to form a strong hydraulic friction, tearing, collision,making the materials fully        dispersion,emulsification,homogenization and broken,shooting out via stator shot at the same time. Materials are shotted constantly speed from the caliber, changing the flow under the resistance of item itself and the blank wall.At the same time,under the effect of up and down axial pump suction producing by the rotor area,forming up and down two strong turbulence again. After several cycles of materials, finally complete smashing, dispersing, emulsifying and other integrated process.
