Our company is one of the largest design and manufacture enterprises for rotary kilns in China, which started producing in 1950s. We have totally produced more than 250 sets of rotary kilns including dry, semi-dry and wet ones used widely in cement, metallurgical, chemical industry, refractory, active lime, paper-making etc. specifications from Φ1.2 to Φ6.1m. They have been exported to Thailand, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam etc.

Our company has absorbed technologies from famous international companies such as Smidth, Polysius, KHD,etc. in recent years along with the advances in cement producing, cooperated with design institutes in Tianjin, Nanjing etc. developed new large serial products of dry processing rotary cement kilns, matching 1000~5000 t/d large and 8000~10000 t/d extra-large cement production line. There have been nearly hundred sets put into operation in the cement plants of Anhui Hailuo, Jilin Shuangyang, Indonesia Kupang etc.

Our company has the first-rate group on rotary kiln development, study and design, perfect experiment and testing measures, and superior manufacturing equipment and technology for large rotary kiln, which has formed the complete technical and producing system on the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning service for the equipment.

The rotary kiln is central equipment for cement clinkering system in the new large dry processing cement production,which can be used with uni-or twin -stream preheater, calcining combustor. 90% ~ 95% of the raw material which has been pre-calcined feeds into the slow rotating, inclining installed rotary kiln from the rear. Under the composite effect of circumferential tilting and axial movement, the material slowly flows through the whole drum, the fuel (coal dust, oil or natural gas) sprays from kiln head into high temperature zone for burning, which produces the required heat for physical and chemical reaction of combination and crystallization of material inside the kiln. Under the function of rear blower, the burning gas stream and material counter flow the whole kiln, completing heat exchange and physical/chemical reaction. The clinkered cement is discharged to the cooler.

l The kiln body is made fo high-quality killed carbon steel or alloy steel plate and welded;

l The supporting tyre and roller is of ZG35CrMo and 42CrMo steel;

l The sliding bearing is of non-scraping liner one with large clearance;

l The driving device adopts hard-toothed reducer, flexible sheet coupling, driven by DC motor;

l Hydraulic thrust roll is used;

l The kiln head and rear seal is of pneumatic or scaled type;

l With slow speed drive.

It composed of kiln rear seal, supporting device, drum unit, supporting device with thrust roll, hot kiln hood, hydraulic system for thrust roll (without refractory material). Electric control system can be supplied as customer's request.
