Field of application |
ANSI/BIFMA X5.5-2008 8 Leg Strength Test |
ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 10 Tilt Mechanism Test - Cyclic |
ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 15 (i) Backrest Durability Test - Cyclic - Type I |
ANSI/BIFMA X5.4-2005 21 Tilt Mechanism Test - Cyclic |
ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 16 Backrest Durability Test - Cyclic - Type II and Type III |
Working Rationale |
1 Imitate human body sat in a chair and lean back action to test the back performance. |
2 Place 250lbs 16 dia sand bag in the seat, apply a force that is initially 90 degrees ± 10 degrees to the plane of the backrest. |
3 Repeatly out put requested force to backrest by the autocontrol. |
4 Record the testing cycle, evaluate the product performance. |
Structure characteristics |
1 Multi-function testing equipment,out-force and traveling for selection. |
2 Air Cylinder can be moved up -down, right-left and aslo be rotated freely. |
3 Out-force and travel-distance of air cylinder for selection |
4 When the form-device left the Backrest, the back will return the original state without any resistance. |
5 Precision manual pressure regulating valve ensure to get the stable and reliable output force and indicate from the digital display. |
6 RPM disply can be adjusted. |
Parameter |
1 More than 150kg out-force. |
2 More than 1000mm testing platform |
3 600mm Air cylinder traveling |
Hight ajustment:600-1600mm. |
Rotation: 90 degree |
Max Air cylinder Cyclic rate: 20 RPM; |
Test objects |
Tilt Mechanism test-Cyclic and Back Durability test |
Control System |
Multi-function for adjustable Hight,our-force degree and rotation. |
Out-force and travel distance for control |
Touch Screen+PLC,Power off memory and breakpoint stop function. |
