As a branch of Ningbo UTING Electronic Co., Ltd, ANT Electronic Co., Ltd is a manufacturer specialized in the production of elevator load cells, crane load cell, elevator door detector/light curtains, phase protection relays, proximity sensor, , arrival gong, photoelectric sensors and other elevator parts. Ningbo ANT electronic Co., Ltd is our branch company. 

We produce load cells for steel ropes, rope terminals, car frames, and under cabins etc. The rope load cells fixed with the steel ropes of the elevators. Load cells fixed with each rope or fixed with all of ropes. Such load cells detect the rope tension and output signals of the load. The rope terminal load cells are fixed between two plates of the rope terminal and detect the deformation of the plates. The car frame load cells are fixed on the car frame and detect the deformation of the frame caused by the elevator load. The under cabin load cells are fixed under cabin and between cabin bottom and cabin frames and take the elevator load. 

Elevator overload system, 
There are mainly three kinds of installation, 

1) Load cells for steel rope: 
TYPE: 
RH-A: One sensor for whole steel ropes. 
RH-C is for crane. 
RH-M: One sensor for one steel rope. (8-16mm rope diameter) 
RH-SM: One sensor for one steel rope. (4-13mm rope diameter) 
RH-M and RH-SM: 

If there are 4 steel ropes in one elevator, there are 3 solutions for it: 
(a). Only one sensor for one rope. 
(b). Two sensors for two ropes (The left and right ones). 
(c). Four sensors for whole ropes. 
It depends on the customers' requirements. 

2) Load cells fixed between rope terminal plates: 
TYPE: 
RHP-B, RHP-D, RHP-E, RHP-F, RHP-G 
This installation needs two rope terminal plates. 
Different types depend on the different dimensions of the rope terminal plates. 

3) Load cells fixed under cabin: 
TYPE: 
UC-P: One set include 1 controller, 4 load cells and 1 junction box. 
UC-H: Please check installation drawing of it. It is fixed on the center of the car bottom. 

Refer to the controller of the sensor, please inform us which function do you need? Relay outputs? Analog voltage outputs or analog current outputs? 
One or two sensors can connected with the controller directly. 
3 sensors or more should be connected with the controller by a junction box (HUB).
