FLZB Series Fluid Bed drying,granulating and coating system mainly consists of air handling system, host, spray system, blower System, electrical Control System, etc.

• Air handling system completes air purification, dehumidification, and heating, provide hot air compliant with process requirements to fluid bed unit, mainly includes filter (primary, medium, HEPA), desiccant wheel/ cooling dehumidification device, heat exchanger, etc.
• Host is the major place to complete drying, granulating and coating, including machine tower, product container, bottom spray coating gun fixed section, granulation drying chamber, filter chamber and filter device, etc.
• Spray system consists of transfusion dolly, peristaltic pump, transfusion duct, spray gun, etc.
• Blower system includes butterfly throttle valve, induced draft fan, muffler and so on.

Design refers to Glatt, the whole structure applies circular transition, no dead angles,
easy to clean, fully consistent with cGMP requirements on the process and process
equipment "pollution prevention".

Adopt programmable logic controller (PLC) and frequency conversion control
technology, operate via man-machine interface (HMI), with high degree of automation,
with good process reproducibility, with a minimum of operator involvement, full
compliance with cGMP requirements on the process and process equipment "Error
prevention".
