Recarburizer for casting

Product characteristics and application scope: high content of fixed carbon, low sulfur content, stable carburetion effect and high absorptivity of carbon, best degree of graphitization, improve the nucleation of melted iron, it is mainly applied to the carburetion of various electro-smelting cast steel and iron casting.

Recommended method of application:

Carbon additive used in Foundry use, can greatly increase the amount of scrap steel to reduce dosage or no pig iron pig iron. Currently the vast majority of carbon additive is applied to electric furnace smelting, there are few special fast absorption of carbon additive for the cupola.

Granularity:

Common granularity:0-5mm, 0.5-5mm, 1-3mm, 1-4mm, 1-5mm or supplied according to customer’s requirement.

Package:

25kg/bag waterproof P.P bag, in addition of ton bag or pallet.

Or supplied other packings which is propitious to customer's requirement.

Storage:

Product should be stored in clean and dry storeroom.

Transportation:

Please make sure the boxcar is clean and notice water-resistant before transportation.
