To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined oil grooves for easier oil storage. If necessary, tin or copper can be plated on the steel backing. It can be applied in conditions of heavy load with high running velocity. Common used as con rod bushing, camshaft bushing for engine.
