1.always use on a wood or plastic cutting board, do not use it on surface of marble, glass or stone.
2.never use ceramic knife to cut frozen foosd or bones.
3.do not drop ceramic knife to hard surface as that will cause the tip to snap off.
4.never use for any kind of twisting it prying , that will damage its blade.
5.not use traditinal knife shatpener to sharpen, violent motion against other objects, especially hard plates, could chip the knives and damage the plates, and it can be dangerous to reach into a diswasher tray.
